Match Days 2020-21 / Covid Regs

- All home games at Leicester Grammar School - See the "Find Us" page for location details.
- Visiting Clubs should have received detailed guidance, but there are numerous info signs on site.
- There will be no changing facilities, so please arrive ready to play. Toilet facilities only are available on site.
- Unfortunately, LHC will not be providing the usual refreshments, so we wish all visiting teams a safe return journey once the match is complete.
- Regardless of anyone using the NHS Covid App, ALL players need to log their information with the Club to satisfy Track and Trace criteria.
- Track and Trace information is collected by "Teamo" - players are required to enter a few short details to register attendance.
- Teamo can be accessed by QR codes on site or by web address (only valid a few hours before game-time).
- Once one person has registered, the Teamo site permits further registrations on the same device - so if your device won't scan, or you get no signal, you can enter your details on any device which can!
- Social distancing rules are only relaxed for the purpose of playing the game - i.e. on the pitch and during match-play.
- All warm-ups should be social-distanced and any team meeting should be a very wide huddle! Substitutes and coaches should social distance at all times.
- Spectators/Parents are not permitted in the playing area, so must follow social-distancing guidlines outside the fenced area. (Not required to log attendance with Teamo)
